If you think biting into a piece of molten chocolate lava cake was as close to heaven as you’ve ever gotten, then you’ve obviously never been to the Grand Wailea Resort’s Spa Grande.
Applying Eastern, Western, and Ancient Hawaiian influences, this spa has been ranked among the “Top 10 Spas in the United States”. There are three rooms for each male and female locker room. The main room boasts a large heated jacuzzi with a steam room, sauna, and exfoliation rooms. The next room contains Asian inspired shaving tables and mini cold and hot pools. The third room has 5 small pools with different ingredients in them that provides your skin with special nutrients. Each pool is named after one of the Hawaiian Islands and glows with a different color.

body scrubs, and massages. I am a sucker for back rubs so ever time I go I have to get a massage. Each time I walk out of the spa I always feel relaxed, and this time was no different.
Another great thing about this spa are their beverages! Sounds weird, I know, but they have some of the best iced tea I have ever tasted. It is a honey mango flavor and it is to die for. I drank about 5 glasses of it during my hour and a half visit and almost floated out of there by the end of it.
All in all, the experience I have every time I come to this spa is always enjoyable. In fact, I am begging my parents to let me get another treatment before we leave. I’ve almost got them!
