Don’t be fooled by the name. This recipe is actually quite healthy. In fact, it comes out to approximately 220 per chicken. The chicken is lightly breaded with egg white and whole wheat bread crumbs and stuffed with laughing cow cheese and fresh broccoli. See? Not so bad!
